TRISORELLA Accessibility Statement
TRISORELLA Story House
Last Updated: October 22, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
At TRISORELLA Story House, we believe that stories, creativity, and imagination should be accessible to everyone. Accessibility is more than a website feature to us. It is part of the personal journey that inspired the creation of our publishing house. Our earliest publishing idea grew from a family conversation about the importance of representation, inclusion, and seeing people with disabilities reflected in ordinary, everyday experiences. That belief continues to influence the stories we create and the way we want people to experience TRISORELLA. We are committed to working toward a website that welcomes visitors of different ages, abilities, and needs. Our goal is to create an online experience where everyone can discover our books, explore our stories, and connect with us as independently and comfortably as possible.
2. Our Accessibility Goals
TRISORELLA Story House aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
These internationally recognized guidelines address accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
As our website develops, our accessibility priorities include:
• Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and illustrations.
• Maintaining readable text and sufficient colour contrast.
• Organizing website content with clear headings and logical navigation.
• Supporting keyboard navigation wherever possible.
• Making forms, buttons, and other interactive elements understandable and usable.
• Supporting visitors who use screen readers and other assistive technologies.
• Providing accessible alternatives for important audio and video content when needed.
• Ensuring website content remains readable and functional across different screen sizes and when magnified.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we intend to improve our website as we identify opportunities to do so.
3. Current Accessibility Status
The TRISORELLA Story House website is developed using the Wix website platform.
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility. However, the website has not yet undergone a comprehensive accessibility evaluation, and we do not currently claim full conformance with that standard.
We recognize that some visitors may encounter accessibility barriers, particularly when interacting with visual materials, multimedia content, or third-party services.
As the website grows, we intend to review and improve accessibility across its pages and features.
4. Books and Creative Content
TRISORELLA Story House publishes and develops books for a range of audiences, including children's books, colouring and activity books, and adult fiction.
Our Same World, Different Ways colouring-book series was inspired by the belief that people with disabilities should be represented naturally and meaningfully in everyday life.
We recognize that accessibility and inclusion extend beyond the characters represented in our publications.
Where practical, we will explore ways to make information about our books and selected creative resources available in alternative formats or accessible presentations.
The availability of specific book formats and accessibility features may vary by publication.
Visitors with questions about the accessibility of a particular publication are encouraged to contact us.
5. Videos, Images, and Multimedia
Our website may feature illustrations, book previews, photographs, promotional videos, and other multimedia content.
We aim to make important information communicated through these materials accessible to visitors using assistive technologies.
As our website develops, we will review opportunities to provide meaningful image descriptions, captions, transcripts, and other appropriate alternatives.
Where multimedia includes important information that is not otherwise accessible, visitors may contact us to request assistance or an alternative explanation.
6. Third-Party Content
Our website may link to external bookstores, retailers, social media platforms, and other independently operated services.
Although we strive to create an accessible experience within our own website, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party websites or services.
Visitors experiencing accessibility barriers on an external website may need to contact that provider directly.
7. Feedback and Assistance
We welcome feedback from visitors about the accessibility of our website.
If you encounter a barrier, have difficulty accessing information, or would like to request assistance, please let us know.
We encourage you to identify the page or feature involved and describe the issue you experienced, if you are comfortable doing so.
We will review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to respond and provide assistance or an alternative means of accessing the information.
